- Star Passes will be issued upon check-in. Guests must present their Star Pass and hotel voucher at the Star City Ticket Kiosk/Cashier to claim their Ride-All-You-Can Ticket.
- Star Passes are valid for one (1) month from the guest’s check-in date.
- Lost, damaged, or expired Star Passes will not be replaced by the hotel.
